Delete Your Account

You can delete your Twins MyBirthday account and its data at any time.

From inside the app

Open the app → go to Profile → then Privacy and Security → then Delete account → and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

By email

Write to mybirthdaytwin.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, your date of birth, your profile photo, the stories and greeting cards you created, and your messages.

What we may keep

Records we are required to keep by law, and anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.

احذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت

يمكنك حذف حسابك في Twins MyBirthday وبياناته في أي وقت.

من داخل التطبيق

افتح التطبيق ← اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← ثم الخصوصية والأمان ← ثم حذف الحساب ← وأكّد. يُحذف حسابك فوراً.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل إلى mybirthdaytwin.app@gmail.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل بحسابك، بعنوان "احذف حسابي". ننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

ما يُحذف

ملفك الشخصي، تاريخ ميلادك، صورة ملفك الشخصي، القصص وبطاقات التهنئة التي أنشأتها، ورسائلك.

ما قد نحتفظ به

السجلات التي يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها، والإحصائيات المجهولة التي لا يمكنها تحديد هويتك.
