Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Twins MyBirthday, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and provide accurate account information, including your real date of birth.

3. Your content

You own the content you post: stories, cards, photos, voice notes and messages. You grant us a license to host and display it within the service. You are responsible for your content. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.

4. Community rules

• No impersonation, spam, scraping, or automated access.
• No attempts to bypass privacy controls or collect other users' data.
• We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
• Every user can report content and block any other user from inside the app. Reports are reviewed and acted on.

5. Service availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and safe but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twins MyBirthday is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Changes and contact
